New NALTA Website

As you may have seen in the latest NALTA Magazine, we have been working on a new website this past year. Well, the time has come and we are finally ready to “go live” with the new website later today. Below are answers to some frequently asked questions, but as always, if you ever have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to the NALTA Helpdesk.


Q: Will my old password for the NALTA website still work on the new site?

A: No. When you go to login in, simply click the “can’t remember your login details” link, and it will prompt you to reset your password.

Q: What if I have already renewed my 2017 NALTA Membership?

A: If you’ve already renewed you membership, it will transfer to the new website.

Q: What if I haven’t already renewed my 2017 NALTA Membership?

A: If you haven’t already renewed, you can renew your membership by clicking on the orange “My Account” button at the top of the screen.
